I have had three sessions with Helen and I've found that through the sessions I am healing. I am gaining peace from past traumas and a better understanding of myself, my wellbeing and my worth. I would highly recommend being open and honest with Helen to gain a no judgement healing experience.

Helen is absolutely the best...i can honestly say i was at rock bottom when i first went to her....and now i am flying high..i have tried many alternative therapies over the years and they have helped on the short term but Helen is by far the best.
